Tour Borromean Islands leaving from Pallanza

Until October 4th, the Borromean Islands can be reached by the Navigazione Lago Maggiore boats.

From here, you can begin admiring the Borromean Islands. The first stop is Isola Madre to visit the 16th-century Palazzo nestled in a spectacular botanical garden, renowned for its blooms of exotic flowers and rare plants, home to unique animal species from around the world, including Brazil, New Zealand, and Bolivia. At the end of the visit, one of the many boat rides takes you to Isola Superiore dei Pescatori, where you can have lunch in one of the many traditional restaurants and visit the charming village. Finally, after lunch and a stroll through the island’s streets, the itinerary includes a stop at Isola Bella for an (optional) visit to the Baroque-style palace and the splendid Italian garden, as well as the small village.

for family groups of at least two adults, with the purchase of two daily free circulation tickets [Fee 3.00] at full fare, up to two free children (aged 4 to 11) are granted.

Family groups of paying and free-ticket holders must travel together. This discount is valid on all vessels operating on scheduled services in the Italian Lake Maggiore basin.

Exclusions: This discount is not valid on special trips or night cruises, or on vehicle and luggage transport, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers and/or price reductions.

GROUP FARES (for groups of at least 15 people)

Price of the free-ride ticket for the Baveno-Villa Taranto-Borromean Islands route and return: €19.00/adult and €11.90/children 4-11 years old.

To benefit from the group rate, all members must travel on the same routes and boats.

One free ticket is granted for every 25 paying passengers.

Travel tickets do not include the entrance fee to the palaces and gardens.

The Municipality of Stresa has introduced a landing tax of €0.50 per island and per dependent for travelers over 6 years old. This tax must be paid at the ticket office at the departure port, based on the type of purchased ticket.
