PUBLIC NOTICE No. 17/25

We would like to inform our valued customers that due to maintenance work at the ports, some ferry services may be delayed at the port of Verbania.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

THE MANAGEMENT

Due to the strike declared by the Craft Union Secretariat Filt-Cgil, Customers are informed that, in case of adhesion to the strike, all the public services carried out by Navigazione Lago di Como will be suspended on
Friday December 12, 2025
Essential service will be guaranteed from 06:00am to 09:00am and from 05:55pm to 08:55pm; no services will run outside the guaranteed times.

Further runs that will not take place and possible suspension in the “guaranteed times”:

Table chart 1 service Colico – Como:
– Run no. 380 from Moltrasio (at 9.03 am).

Table chart 2 service Como – Colico:
– Run no. 309 from Cernobbio (at 09.08 am).

Table chart 5 Ferry:
– Run no. T607 (4) at 8.55 am from Menaggio to Bellagio.

Possible delays are foreseen for the runs departing immediately after the end of the strike

– During the strike no services will run outside the guaranteed times.
– Union members make up about 34 % of the crew and ground staff;
– No information has been given from the personnel that is not member of the National Union Secretariats about their adhesion to the strike.
– During previous strikes, no services were provided outside the guaranteed times.

 The above information, in accordance with Law 146/1990, must be considered as a mere estimation, deriving from the analysis of conduct that took place during previous strikes

OWING TO A NATIONAL STRIKE CALLED OUT BY FILT CGIL TRADE UNION ON

FRIDAY 12th DECEMBER 2025
FROM 11:10 TO 15:30

THE SCHEDULED ROUTES OF THE LINER SERVICE MAY BE SUSPENDED, WHILE ROUTES OUTSIDE THE UNION DISRUPTION HOURS MAY SUFFER CHANGES OR DELAYS.

* During the strike timings no other services are scheduled.
* The trade unions members are 65,52 % of the total amount of sailing staff.
* During the last one, the 15,52 % of the workers participated to the strike.
* No information is available about non-members who will adhere to the strike.
* During previous strikes, rarely there have been services during the strike timings.
* Information above mentioned as prescribed by Law nr. 146/90 and Delibera Commissione di Garanzia 18/138 of 23/04/2018, must be considered as a mere prevision, based on previous strikes.

LA DIREZIONE

We inform our Customers that the ferry service of the Public Service line of the current 2025-2026 winter timetable (Table 5), will undergo changes in the time slot from 06.25 am to 08.00 am starting from Monday 10 November 2025 as per the timetable shown.

The MANAGEMENT

Atteso il superamento delle criticità connesse alla presenza nel lago di legname e detriti, imputabili alle forti precipitazioni dell’ultimo mese, si conferma che, dalle ore 12.00 di domani martedì 28 ottobre 2025, il servizio rapido verrà ripristinato integralmente.

Tenuto conto della durata temporale dei disagi subiti durante il periodo di parziale sospensione del servizio, per i quali comunque risultava a disposizione degli abbonati la possibilità di utilizzare a titolo gratuito il servizio di ASF, Navigazione Lago di Como, in via eccezionale, si rende disponibile ad accordare ai propri passeggeri abbonati del servizio rapido – mensile o PLUS Annuale – una forma di ristoro consistente in un mese di gratuità del servizio.

Per ottenere predetto indennizzo i titolari di un abbonamento mensile o dell’abbonamento PLUS Annuale dovranno inviare una richiesta tramite e-mail a navicomo@navigazionelaghi.it, specificando per quale mese (da novembre 2025 a gennaio 2026) intendono ottenere l’abbonamento e la biglietteria di ritiro del titolo di viaggio.

Si precisa che il termine ultimo per presentare le richieste è fissato al 22 dicembre 2025.

LA DIREZIONE

We inform our Customers that, in view of the start of extraordinary maintenance works on the structures of the Torno dock, the scheduled transport service at this dock will be suspended:

from Monday, November 3^rd, 2025  to Sunday, March 22^nd, 2026.

Connections with the other piers on the lake will be provided at the Blevio dock.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

THE MANAGEMENT

We inform our Customers that, in view of the start of extraordinary maintenance works on the structures of the Cadenabbia ferry dock, the scheduled transport service (passengers and motor vehicles) at this dock will be suspended:

from Friday, October 31^st, 2025 to Sunday, March 22^nd, 2026.

Connections between the lake shores will be provided at the Menaggio dock.
