Navigazione’s liability is limited to its contractual obligations regarding the public transport of people and, in particular, the performance of the night cruise, taking into account any unforeseeable force majeure events that may arise (breakdowns, storms, exceptional circumstances and other similar unforeseen events).

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Embarkation will only be permitted on the ship indicated on the ticket/voucher.
