International Journey<\/p>\n
Until October 4, 2026<\/strong>, every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and on public holidays, you can take a day trip to the cities of Ascona or Locarno<\/strong>, a journey that will cover the entire lake, taking in the most interesting towns in the entire Lake Maggiore basin, both in Italy and Switzerland.<\/p>\n The itinerary<\/strong> begins in the morning leaving by boat<\/strong> from your chosen pier on Lake Maggiore (Arona (10:00 am), Angera (10:05 am), Stresa (11:00 am), Intra (11:50 am), or Laveno (11:00 am with a ferry and connection in Intra)<\/strong> to reach Locarno in the Canton of Ticino.<\/p>\n Arriving in Locarno at 2:25 PM, you’ll have approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to explore Locarno until departing at 4:00 PM for the return journey to your original destination.<\/p>\n You will need a valid identity document for travel outside of Europe.<\/p>\n During the boat trip<\/strong>, you can admire from aboard the ship<\/strong> the numerous tourist attractions that make Verbano a charming destination rich in culture and beauty: among these, the Rocca di Angera*, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina*, the Borromean Islands<\/strong> (Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori, and Isola Madre), as well as the Cannero Castles and the Brissago Islands.<\/strong><\/p>\n (*only with departures from Arona or Angera)<\/p>\n Lunch on board:<\/p>\n Lunch is available on board during<\/strong> the cruise; the tourist menu<\/strong> includes:<\/em><\/p>\n for \u20ac20<\/strong> per adult, including a half-liter bottle of water, payable directly to the restaurant owner on board.<\/em><\/p>\n For younger guests (up to 11 years old) there is a junior menu<\/strong> at the special price of \u20ac11<\/strong>, which includes pasta with tomato sauce, a main course of chicken with potatoes, and a drink of your choice.<\/p>\n Coffee and wine (red or white) are not included and are available at \u20ac1.50\/coffee, \u20ac6.00\/1\/2 liter of wine, and \u20ac10.00\/liter of wine.<\/p>\n Those wishing to dine on board at the restaurant must notify the onboard restaurant staff promptly upon boarding to check availability.<\/p>\n Travel tickets can be purchased directly on the day of departure<\/strong> exclusively at the ticket office at the port of departure from which you choose to leave (Arona, Angera, Stresa, Intra, or Laveno),<\/strong> being sure to arrive for boarding 15 minutes in advance.<\/p>\n Tickets cost \u20ac38.00<\/strong> for adults and \u20ac19.00<\/strong> for children (ages 4 to 11) for departures from Arona and Angera.<\/p>\n Discounts are available for groups of more than 15 paying guests.<\/p>\n\n
