Type of service:
A syndicate of transport companies in the Locarno area, including Navigazione Lago Maggiore, is currently offering the pass ‘Locarno Regional Pass & Prova Arcobaleno’, which enables passengers to travel, during the year 2010 and for 3 or 7 days, between the towns of Cadenazzo, Camedo, Sonogno and Robiei and the Rovana Valley, with the added bonus of a single-day Roving ticket for ferries on the Swiss side of Lake Maggiore.

In addition to N.L.M., the companies involved in the initiative are Autopostale Ticino e Moesano, TILO regional trains and FART rail and bus services, as well as the Locarno - Madonna del Sasso Cableway and those of Orselina-Cardada, Intragna-Pila-Costa, Verdasio-Rasa and San Carlo-Robiei.

The pass ‘Locarno Regional Pass & Prova Arcobaleno’ serves as a ticket. It does not require conversion at the ticket offices of Navigazione Lago Maggiore but should merely be displayed to on-board staff.
Use of fast services ‘AL’ requires payment of booking supplement for all passengers.
Admitted on board:
Holders of a valid ‘Locarno Regional Pass & Prova Arcobaleno’ pass, either 3-day or 7-day version.

At selling points authorised by Unione Trasporti Pubblici e Turistici Ticino (UTPT) of Lugano.
Navigazione Lago Maggiore does not issue the abovementioned pass. Service period:
