B: EXCURSION AS FAR AS THE SWISS SECTION OF THE LAKE FOR A TOTAL OF EIGHT HOURS ON BOARD THE VESSEL, INCLUDING STOPS TOTALLING AT LEAST TWO HOURS
C: EXCURSION LIMITED TO ITALIAN WATERS FOR A TOTAL OF FOUR HOURS ON BOARD THE VESSEL, INCLUDING STOPS TOTALLING AT LEAST ONE HOUR

Notes:
- Deposit to be paid when confirming charter

- For cancellations made up to six days before the excursion date, the deposit will be returned

- For cancellations made from five days prior to the charter date, the deposit will be considered as compensation for organisation expenses.

- The remainder must be paid in advance up to five working days before the date of the service, and the management reserves to right to charge for any extra hours or compensation for damages at a later date

- In cases of force majeure, N.L.M. reserves the right to substitute the vessel chartered with another vessel of an equivalent or higher class

– In the eventuality of strikes of cases of force majeure, N.L.M. may suspend the charter, and will reimburse the deposit and full amount if it has already been paid. N.L.M. reserves the right to charge for any damages carried out to the on-board equipment or for any additional cleaning necessary to restore the vessel to a fit state for service
