LAKE MAGGIORE

This Island is a spectacular plot of picturesque alleys that untie their selves between the typical white houses located on more floors, with long balconies used to desiccate the fish, 100 metres wide with a length of 350 metres.

It is host of a small inhabited village centre and the church of Saint Vittore, dating back to start of the Eleventh Century, with its marvellous apse. It is surely one of the most romantic places of the lake.
