(3) NIGHT-TIME RUNS AFTER 10.00 P.M. ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% SURCHARGE.
(4) DISCOUNTS OF 10% ARE APPLIED DURING WEEKDAYS (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS AND EXCEPT IN JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER) (5) RESTAURANT FACILITIES ARE OPTIONAL; PRICES ARE TO BE ARRANGED WITH THE CONTRACTING CATERERS ON THE REGULAR SERVICE OR WITH OTHER CATERING COMPANIES.
(6) SHOULD THE CATERING SERVICE BE ACTIVATED A SUPPLEMENTARY COST MUST BE INCLUDED FOR THE RESTORING OF THE ROOMS USED TO THEIR ORIGINAL STATE.
(7) IN THE CASE OF SERVICES THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD A FURTHER COST FOR THE PERIOD OF PREPARATION OF THE FERRY AND RESTORATION TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE.
(8) THE HIRING OF ORCHESTRAS AND ENTERTAINMENT OF ANY OTHER TYPE ARE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT, BOTH REGARDING FEES AND SOCIAL SECURITY, WELFARE AND TAX CONTRIBUTIONS REQUIRED BY CURRENT LAWS AND OF ANY OTHER RIGHT LINKED TO THE REPRODUCTION OF MUSIC ON BOARD.
(9) THE CAPACITY OF THE FERRY MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REDUCE THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIC USES OF THE FERRY AND THE TYPE OF SERVICE REQUIRED.
(10) THE CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ARE AS FOLLOWS: - THE MANAGEMENT MUST BE CONTACTED FOR THE DETERMINING OF THE DATE AND PROGRAMME; - SUBSEQUENTLY A DATE WILL BE SET FOR THE CONFIRMATION OF THE SERVICE BY PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT REPRESENTING ONE THIRD OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE BY MEANS OF BANK TRANSFER, TOGETHER WITH THE FISCAL DETAILS FOR INVOICING. - THE BALANCE SHALL BE PAID BY THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE TRIP; SUBSEQUENTLY THE RECEIPTED INVOICE SHALL BE SENT - NAVIGAZIONE LAGO DI GARDA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE BAIL BOND THAT WILL BE GIVEN BACK IN THE NEXT DAYS OF THE SERVICE, ONCE IT'S ENSURED THE ABSENCE OF ANY DAMAGE DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURES ON BOARD AND TO THE VESSEL ITSELF.
(11) THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVALUATE THE FEASIBILITY AND THE RATE FOR SERVICES OF UNDER 4 HOURS.
(12) RATES FOR SPECIAL SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO ANY VARIATIONS THAT MAY BE ESTABLISHED BY THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURES AND TRANSPORT.
