Privacy policy and Cookie policy

This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 - Code concerning the protection of personal data - to those who interact with the Gestione Governativa Navigazione Laghi Maggiore, di Garda e di Como, and it is aimed at the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of their personal data.

The Gestione Governativa Navigazione Laghi, at the Head Office in Via L. According to the quoted law, the data processing shall follow principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of privacy, in order to correctly carry out the business of acquiring data from interested parties, and for the following main purposes:

  • establishment, management and termination of the employment relationship, also professional, and the processing and printing of documents relating to employees’ remuneration.
  • establishment/management of the commercial and contractual relationship with the Gestione Governativa Navigazione Laghi (for example: acquisition of pre-contractual information, contractual obligations and execution of operations deriving from the contract, administrative and operational management of the relationship, etc.).

Duration of the cookies
